Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of safe and efficient trucks/trailers to our drivers and customers. Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles/equipment in our fleet. Conduct preventive maintenance on all vehicles/equipment in our fleet. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems such as engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and driver safety mitigation devices/systems. Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting/repair and participate in ongoing training opportunities. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Hold a valid Driver's License, with a CDL Driver's License being advantageous. Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Maintain regular full attendance for assigned shifts. Exhibit a positive team attitude. Follow and implement instructions, guidelines, and relevant information to complete daily tasks. Capable of prolonged periods of movement, sitting, standing, and walking.
