Need for min. of 3 Family Practice Nurse Practitioners and min. of 3 Family Practice Physician Assistants at Fayetteville VAMC in Fayetteville, NC  Work Dates Needed: 7/1/2024 - 6/30/2025, plus 4 one year options. Long Term assignment.  Providers must commit to one year.   Preferred Schedule: M - F 8AM - 4:30PM Worksite Setting: Fayetteville VAMC 7300 Raeford Rd Fayetteville NC 28304  Scope of Work: 95% direct patient care.  Provide Family Practice and interventional Family Practice consultative services for: assessment, diagnostic work-up and clinic intervention, including comprehensive patient assessment, health history, physical examination, and patient education to Veterans in a Primary Care team setting. 5% administrative  Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state license.Board Certified Primary Care NP, certified by ANCC; minimum of 5 years of experience within the last five years. VA experience is preferred but not 's must be board certified by NCCPA ; Primary Care Physician Assistant; minimum of 5 years of experience with the last 5 years.
