Your new company Hays Facilities Management team are partnered with an industry leader in shipping and supplies, and they are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join their team in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.Your new role Your responsibilities include: Oversee and manage all facilities' maintenance activities.Responsible for financial and budget planning, capital expenses and projects.Management of 3rd party vendors to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Provide leadership and hands-on management of facilities staffs including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.Conduct audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for repair, maintenance work.
