The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for human resources management.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee data in the ADP and SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.Use MS Excel to generate and deliver regular HR reportsAssist local HR team with administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding proceduresAssist with employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issuesHelp ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as neededSupport benefits administration by answering employee questions, processing benefit enrollments, and assisting with benefits-related documentationContribute to various ad hoc HR projectsExperiencePrevious experience in human resources or related field is preferredProficiency in HRIS systems and data managementStrong understanding of human resources practices and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsRequirementsBilingual readingwriting skills in EnglishMandarin ChineseBachelor's Degree1-3 years of relevant experienceIntermediate to advanced Excel skills for data management and reportingBA in HR, Business Administration or related field preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
