Employment Type: ContractOnsite Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite) Pay range: $17hr - $18.21hr Duration: 6+ monthsSchedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Occasional Saturdays but not guaranteed.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Computer work, billing, printing off Bills of Lading (BOL) and manifests, organizing for carriers.Tracking loads as they finish, speaking and working with Warehouse Supervisors and lead municating with outbound drivers, answering the phone, and responding to emails. Preferred Qualifications:SAP puter knowledge.Customer service experience. Software proficiency:Experience with SAP software preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office. Daily Volume:Manage communications for 500 to 700 trucks daily, including both semi-trucks and package trucks. Role Responsibilities:Desk-based position involving communication with truck drivers via intercom to gather and relay information.
