We are seeking a skilled and motivated Superintendent to join our ranks, and contribute to the continued success and recognition of our firm, both in our industries and communities alike.Title: Superintendent (Healthcare and Education Construction)Location: West Hartford, CTSalary: $105,000 to $135,000Requirements:Seeking a Superintendent to come on board and lead all onsite work for healthcare and Education projectsThe company performs large-scale education and healthcare projects (hospitals, universities, etc)Must have experience managing similar construction projects, and have the ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all subcontractor work.The Superintendent will be a leader in the organization, and play a pivotal role in the success of the projects and the company as a wholeMust be able to work cohesively with the Project Management team, as well as all onsite laborers, sub-contractors, and management teamQualifications:7-20 years experience in running ground-up commercial or residential construction projectsOSHA 10 CertifiedOSHA 30 (preferred not required)Must be able to travel to Central CTBachelor's Degree related to construction is preferred but not requiredBenefits:Competitive Base SalaryMedical, Vision, Dental Insurance401k, Equity, and Profit SharingVehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle Software Experience:Microsoft SuiteMicrosoft Project Procore
