This firm is growing their Transportation team in New York & is looking for Bridge Engineers with a range of experience levels. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to project development, & ensure that all engineering work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Mid-Level Bridge EngineerContribute to the design and analysis of diverse bridge projects.Prepare engineering calculations and technical documentation.Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure quality deliverables.Assist in project scheduling and budgeting to meet deadlines.Senior-Level Bridge EngineerLead design projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.Conduct inspections and evaluations of existing structures.Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.Review and approve design calculations and drawings for accuracy.Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.Director-Level Bridge EngineerOversee the bridge engineering department, guiding project strategy and execution.Lead efforts in quality assurance and continuous improvement.Drive business development initiatives and client engagementFoster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.Represent the firm at industry conferences and community meetings Qualifications: Mid-Level Bridge EngineerBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's preferredPE license is a plus3-5 years of relevant experience in bridge design and analysisProficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesSenior-Level Bridge EngineerPE license a strong plus5-10 years of experience in bridge engineering with a proven track record of successful project deliveryAdvanced knowledge of design standards and engineering principlesDemonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing project teamsExcellent client management and communication skillsDirector-Level Bridge EngineerMaster's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is a plusPE license is preferred; additional certifications preferred10+ years of experience in bridge engineering with significant project management experienceProven ability to lead large, complex projects and develop client relationships.Strong strategic thinking and organizational skillsEstablished reputation in the industry with active participation in relevant professional organizations Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits packageOpportunities for Professional Licensing and Professional Membership support Culture of community & collaboration amongst the team100% Employee OwnedOffers Fully Remote & Hybrid Schedules
