Job Description:Support WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Application Server software systemsTroubleshoot and debug production interfacesMaintain production systems around application and infrastructure outagesRepresent the Selling Technology Management (STM) team on development projectsParticipate in STM 24x7 Oncall rotation for Middleware (MQ, WAS, other application servers) and other applicationsPerform independently and analyze, design, code, test, debug, document, and install solutions and production fixesAbility to collect MQ trace data and to interact with vendorAnalyze Problem Records or development efforts and drive technical solutions or practices to improve deliverables based on team best practicesDemonstrate anticipation and initiative in the planning for and management of issuesMaintain good business relationship with other IT departments to ensure success of enhancements and fixes
