Maintenance Technician - Automation RoboticsWhat to expect:As the Maintenance Technician, you will get to work with the maintenance team to plan, coordinate, execute and document all aspects of the company maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime of production and facilities equipment. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled and documenting, as well as working with the Purchasing Manager to maintain a proper spare parts inventory.Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 Year Job Type: Full-TimeBenefits:Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance401K - match programPaid time offTuition ReimbursementWork Location: Cambridge, MarylandWhat you will get to do: Work with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans and requirements for all manufacturing equipment, fixturing, tooling and facilities equipment.Coordinate with outside vendors contracted to tasks, monitoring for safety and quality.Execute requirements of the company safety program and act as an active member of the safety team.Perform scheduled facilities inspections and document as needed.Assist in developing maintenance budget for upcoming year.You will bring these qualifications:Experience Level: Mid-Level ExperienceEducation: High School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious mechanical industrial maintenance experienceMust have experience in manufacturing automation and robotics.Experience in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics and PLC controller work.Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational puter skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height.Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day ShiftAbout QSS: Candidates rely on us for career matching, coaching, and skilled training.
