If you are passionate about precision, compliance, and employee satisfaction, we want you on board!Key Responsibilities:Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for all employees using UltiPro, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Data Integrity: Review and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with regulations.Employee Support: Act as a trusted resource for payroll inquiries from employees and management, providing clear and timely information.Collaboration: Partner with HR to maintain accurate employee records and ensure seamless integration within UltiPro.Year-End Processes: Assist in year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and pliance Monitoring: Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Team Leadership: Provide training and guidance to junior payroll staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in payroll-related projects and system upgrades.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.5+ years of payroll processing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.Proficient in UltiPro (UKG Pro) with hands-on experience in payroll processing.Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?Our client believes their employees are our greatest asset.
