Senior Technical Account Manager

Are you passionate about technology and client success?Do you thrive on building relationships and delivering exceptional service?If so, we have a great Technical Account Manager opportunity with a growing MSP that empower businesses with innovative IT solutions tailored to their unique needs.What You'll Do:Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver seamless solutions and support.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.Manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a technical client-facing role, ideally within a managed service environment.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.Exceptional communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.A proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.This role will be 1 day a week on-site in Brooklyn. There is a base salary up to $115,000 and great benefits.
