FTDirect HireHybrid in Sherman Oaks - 3xweek onsite$90k-$110kOur client, a leading beauty brand is looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to join their team!You will be responsible for owning the Amazon channel end-to-end with the key objective of maximizing revenue and revenue growth. Must thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment, have an analytical mind, and drive growth with innovative strategies.Requirements:• Day to day management of marketplaces, including but not limited to sales analysis and reporting, pricing, and inventory management• Lead weekly and monthly reporting, insights, and analysis on business performance, opportunities, and risks• Develop and complete promotional strategy during key consumer selling periods• Partner with Planning to optimize inventory levels within FBA to boost sales while minimizing holding expenses• Partner cross functionally to activate GTM strategy to improve consumer connection, elevate the brand experience, and drive growth in the channel• Proactively seek growth opportunities to accelerate revenue, grow market share, improve search rank, drive organic traffic, and increase conversionQualifications:• Minimum 4 years of Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace management experience (Amazon Seller Central platform understanding preferred)• Preferred buying, merchandising, andor planning experience• Deep understanding of requirements, restrictions, and standard processes for successfully selling on marketplaces• Experience in leading direct reports, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills• Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment• Demonstrate a successful track record in Amazon management andor Amazon sales growth
