Director, Real World Evidence

Overview Currently working with an exciting biopharma company to bring on a Director of Real World Evidence to their team! The Director will oversee the creation of Integrated Evidence Plans (IEPs) for the clients products and work closely with various teams, including Early Phase & Translational Medical, Clinical Development, Value and Real-World Evidence, and Commercial functions. The ideal candidate will blend scientific expertise with operational leadership, demonstrating a passion for developing this new functional area and enhancing evidence strategies. Responsibilities Evaluate strengths and areas for improvement in evidence strategy and operations.Develop IEPs that provide comprehensive insights into evidence-related activities. Lead cross-functional discussions to align evidence plans with overall asset strategies.Collaborate with Early Development Teams to refine evidence plans throughout the product lifecycle.Partner with evidence generation operations to optimize foundational tools and processes.Maximize the use of existing evidence and identify best practices within teams.Serve as a subject matter expert on evidence generation value and challenges.Prepare and present materials to governance committees and leadership.Explore innovative evidence generation approaches, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years in the pharmaceuticalBiotech sector.Expertise in neurology, psychiatry, andor nephrology.Ability to align senior leadership on evidence generation initiatives.Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.Strong understanding of evidence requirements and methodologies. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Leadership skills in mentoring and team dynamics.Master's Degree in Life Sciences spacerelated field.
