Corporate Litigation Paralegal

We are currently working with a nationally recognized law firm that is seeking a dedicated Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join their New York City office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to corporate governance matters and support a dynamic legal team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and more.Prepare, finalize, and file legal documents.Manage assigned cases independently, focusing on corporate governance, M&A, and shareholder rights.Draft, proofread, and cite-check legal anize case files and track deadlines.Assist with depositions and maintain accurate time entries.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.Strong cite-checking and Bluebooking skills.Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Knowledge of FederalState rules and PACER.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with class actions and Chancery Court proceedings is a plus.Work Environment:This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in New York, NY.This hybrid role typically requires 4 days in-office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and allows for 1-2 days of remote work.
