Today, we operate in Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, and Houston.Alto is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Driver Recruiter to lead the recruitment and onboarding of drivers for our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and has a strong passion for finding and bringing in top hourly talent at scale. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we have the best drivers to deliver exceptional service to Alto passengers. As the on-site expert, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting drivers, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.You will work closely with the operations team to ensure we meet our hiring goals and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Above all, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to implement innovative recruitment strategies to help grow our driver team in LA.What you'll be doing:Proactively source, recruit, and onboard qualified drivers to meet Alto's operational needs.Conduct interviews, and own all aspects of the driver onboarding process.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to anize and attend local recruitment events and job fairs to build Alto's driver candidate pipeline.Collaborate with the operations and corporate teams to define driver hiring goals and implement strategies to achieve them.Maintain accurate records of driver candidates, tracking progress and reporting on recruitment metrics.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding driver qualifications.Serve as Alto's ambassador in the LA market, promoting our driver opportunities and fostering positive relationships with potential hires.Qualifications:BABS preferred but not required.1-2 years of experience in high-volume hiring or human resources for an hourly workforceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Experience with applicant tracking systems Familiarity with the Los Angeles marketWhat you'll get:Competitive base salary, bonus + equity in a rapidly growing company.Healthdentalvision insurance and 401k with employer matching.On-site position with opportunities for local travel.Unlimited PTO.Opportunity to contribute to building a high-performance driver team for Alto.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA):The above statements describe the principal and essential functions of the job.
