Manager, Change Delivery (MarTech)New York, NY - Hybrid6-9m. ContractOur streaming client is looking for a Manager, Change Delivery to join their Marketing Technology team for a maternity leave coverage. This role will work on the Growth Product team, reporting to the VP of Marketing Technology; and will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to lead the adoption of new functionalities while supporting teams during workflow transitions. Join our innovative streaming client in driving the delivery and adoption of innovative marketing technologies that provide a competitive edge in a rapidly changing industry.Responsibilities:Proactively ensure transparency with our stakeholder teams by providing consistent & clear updates on projects & priorities that leverage a maintained source of truthLead Change Delivery for MarTech tooling in a dedicated vertical, enabling the adoption of new functionality and supporting teams as they transition workflowsCreate & maintain consistent documentation on our technology - providing a source of truth for the tools available that includes their functionalities, integrations into our systems, and best technical practices on how to leverage themPartner with MarTech product managers to ensure operational considerations of new capabilities are aligned with & designed to address business needsPrioritize the effective roll-out of self-service capabilities that users can independently leverage in their work - identifying efficiency drivers & iterating training to deliver themManage Change Delivery roadmap to ensure changes are well-sequenced & appropriate against the broader marketing & enterprise priority timelinesQualifications:3+ years of change management experience with a focus on delivering organizational change initiativesStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication & story-telling skills; breaking down complex concepts and presenting to both business and technology stakeholdersStrong organization and facilitation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiencesProven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and influence team members from multiple internal departments and external vendorsBachelor's degree requiredDesired Qualifications:Marketing technology experience is a plusUnderstanding of Marketing Technology stack architecture, including interplay between engagement tools, ad serving platforms, and data warehousesFamiliarity with global data privacy & consent regulationsAdaptable performer who can lead effectively under pressure and through significant changeAbility to synthesize and simplify complex conceptsrequirements to the team and stakeholders and tie back to business objectivesResults-oriented with the initiative to work until the job is completeExperience within the media entertainment industry is a plus
