Residential Architect (Remote in Washington D.C)

This position is REMOTE in Washington D.C area only. (15-40 min. away)We are a growing Residential Developer in the Washington D.C. area looking for a licensed architect.About the position:Designing both major single family renovations as well as ground-up residential construction.You will collaborate with the construction project management teams and other departments at the companyAdhere to schedules and deadlines for design production and construction administrationProduce basic electrical and plumbing plans for projectsManaging draftersAbout You:Licensed ArchitectExperience in single family home construction.Experience with Washington D.C. architectureconstruction is preferred, but if you have a great personality and the right experience, we can work with that (or even relocate you)Management experience is a plusRevit experience is pensation$110,000 to $150,000
