A client is looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant who will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.Location: New York, NY 10003 (REMOTE) Position: Sr. Executive Assistant Pay Rate: $35.97hr. on W2 Duration: 6 months Schedule: M-F, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm***This is a Remote position*** Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to four senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the discretion to handle confidential information. Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate complex calendars for four executives, ensuring alignment of priorities, timely responses to scheduling requests, and seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.Travel Arrangements: Plan, book, and manage both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries. Ensure all travel complies with company policies and meets the preferences of each executive.Expense Management: Track, manage, and submit expense reports for executives in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies. Reconcile credit card statements and other financial documents.Meeting Support: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including securing meeting rooms, adding any in-person visitors to security and ensuring smooth munication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism, ensuring trust and confidence from the executives.Relationship Management: Liaise with other EAs, departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on behalf of the executives.
