ALL REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE SIGNING... 4x9.5s or 3x12.5s available, specify in submittal... 6 rooms, 25 cases per day for the unit... 2yrs of Cath Lab exp... First-timers accepted... No weekends... NO CALL... No block scheduling... Locals accepted... ACLS, BLS, ARRT, and NJ state license required upon start...
