Overview As a Hospice Registered Nurse with our client, you will collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding patient care. You will support patients in Bad Axe and surrounding areas, ensuring critical deadlines are met for charting. Key Responsibilities • Provide management and delivery of patient care plans • Collaborate with the care team • Support patients in Bad Axe and surrounding areas • Meet critical deadlines for charting Schedule and Shift Details • Schedule is day shift, Monday - Friday within our hours of operation 8a-5p. On call requirements included 1-2 Saturdays or Sundays 8a-5pm per month, two holidays per year.
