Floor Maintenance Technician

Position Summary Floor Maintenance Technician - Responsible for maintaining hard surfaces and carpeted areas, including dusting, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, and extraction. Also responsible for trash collection and outside maintenance tasks. Safety - Utilize protective gear and adhere to safety guidelines. Report equipment needs and malfunctions promptly. Follow infection control and universal precautions policies. Punctuality - Maintain consistent attendance and respond promptly to assignments. Customer and Resident Experience - Positively represent the company and maintain pleasant interactions with customers, residents, and staff. Qualifications Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions. Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies. Ability to lift, push, pull, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Ability to work around food and cleaning products. Must live in the service area.
