To find out more about our commitment to sustainability and about Amcor, visit Job Description Basic Function: This is a corporate-level human resources position responsible for the management and administration of employee benefit plans including health and welfare, pension and disability for 36 US-based locations representing 3800+ employees . Essential Functions Health & Welfare Develop strategies and recommendations for cost efficient health plan design, co-worker contributions and wellness initiatives through partnership with Health Care Consultant. Analyzes renewal of healthcare plans with benefits broker/consultant. Drives compliance requirements for Health Care Reform (HCR) to ensure all notices, plan design options are updated, communicated and enforced. Ensure all other federal and state requirements are enforced. Key member of the US Benefits Committee across all US Amcor Business Groups. Ensures all outcomes from committee are effectively managed and administered for the Rigid Plastics BG. Manages the relationship with the health care providers (medical, dental, Life/ADD) along with the administration of benefits policies, contracts and other legal documents ensuring service levels meet/exceed contract terms. Ensure benefit policies are properly documented in provider systems for effective administration. Develops and manages Benefits Communications for Health & Welfare and Wellness Plans for corporate and field HR Managers. Ensures all key communication materials are updated and appropriately distributed. Manages all processes related to the TPA Service Provider (enrollments, call center, billing, COBRA) to ensure compliance and timeliness. Responsible for ensuring HRIS Benefits Module systems programming is accurate including eligibility requirements and contribution levels. Develops and manages the Amcor wellness and wellbeing program, including annual Life Health Assessment, company challenges. Manages annual Open Enrollment including system set up (HRIS and self service), communication materials and presents at employee meetings. Leads other key health care projects for ARP as well as across other Amcor US business groups. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business administration of Human Resource Management. Experience 7+ years of relevant human resource and/or employee benefits management and administration required. Workday HRIS Experience a definite plus. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required Ability to run HRIS system reports and analyze data. Strong Communication and Customer Relations skills required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic desired.
