Job Title: Controller Job Description As a Controller, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and producing accurate financial reports. You will manage outsourced functions, maintain accounting policies, and oversee subsidiary corporations' control systems. You will ensure timely payment and collection of accounts, process payroll, and maintain a structured accounting system. Additionally, you will coordinate the preparation of financial statements and the corporate annual report, recommend performance benchmarks, and provide financial analyses for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. Hard Skills ERP: Oracle Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience with mid-large size companies Foreign entity experience Multi-location experience High volume journal entries Leasing and fixed assets management Preparation of financial statements Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Carson, California.
