DIRECTOR, INFRASTRUCTURE ADTECH NEW YORK, NY (Hybrid) $190,000 - $230,000 THE COMPANY We are working with an innovative AdTech company that works in real-time ad buying and targeting. They are extremely data-driven and growing like crazy. The nature of their business requires them to operate quickly and have constant uptime. They are looking for a Director of Infrastructure to play a pivotal role in this. THE ROLE - Director of Infrastructure The company is looking for someone who can manage and scale its platform, optimize cloud resources, and adopt new technologies to keep pace with its high-volume environment. Other responsibilities include: Lead DevOps/platform architects and production engineers Lead the data platform roadmap Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, with exposure to Azure and GCP) and optimize costs Collaborate with stakeholders to review dashboards and provide key insights Drive the integration of new technologies and ensure high availability in a big data environment Build and manager microservice architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automation toolings SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experienced developing and managing data platforms and coinciding infrastructure Proficient with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS Proven experience with DevOps, Python, and microservices architecture Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience managing small teams while managing small teams MLOps experience is a huge bonus BENEFITS As Director of Infrastructure will receive a base salary of $190,000 - $230,000 (depending on experience) as well as a bonus.
