The Lenox is our guests' home away from home while in Boston. Join us, we've been expecting you. The Lenox Hotel is looking for a passionate Line Cook. Our F&B department is comprised of three unique outlets, event and banquet space. Our three outlets include: City Table, serving American and international-inspired dishes sourcing local New England ingredients. City Bar, Back Bay's chic cocktail lounge serving small bites. And Solas, our modern-Irish pub and a neighborhood favorite. Our 5000 sq. ft. banquet facilities host corporate and social events including weddings. Our culinary team explores their creativity and passion for local foods with a menu that delivers an experience, not just a plate of food. From dicing vegetables, to plating a dish, every step should be done with precision and care. With an ever-changing menu of fresh, seasonal ingredients, it is important to be creative and willing to experiment. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a high energy, fast paced environment as part of a team.
