Salary: $85,000 - $92,000/yr. Schedule: 1st shift Essential functions: Oversee the operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems for 35-40 buildings across the U.S. Implement and manage asset maintenance programs, including preventive maintenance and data analysis, to recommend system upgrades or replacements. Serve as the HVAC/mechanical subject matter expert, advising account leadership, facility managers, and technicians, while providing training and quality control. Manage maintenance, upgrade, and replacement projects, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring project completion. Communicate regularly with company and customer operations management teams, tenants, and stakeholders. Respond to and perform service calls and repairs as needed. Maintain and update the CMMS system to track and manage mechanical asset maintenance. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience operating central plant equipment, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and electronic systems. 5+ years of experience in Class A Office environments. Mechanical Trades or Trade School certification in applicable disciplines such as HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulics, Plumbing, or Automation/Controls. Universal Certification is required.
