Job Description We're looking for a Process Engineer for our client, ZETA! Coordination and implementation of project development activities in the bidding phase Examination and coordination of technical enquiry documents. Participate in all aspects of technical plant design (PFD, P&ID, specifications, 3D-review, functional specifications, commissioning etc.). Creation and preparation of technical quotations. Participate in tender negotiations. Support for business development in new markets Maintain effective communication with project team members (Mechanical Engineering, Production and EI&C) and with the customer. Responsibility for activities to ensure that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards and customer requirements. Internal coordination for projects and technical support for project management. Contribution to the further development and implementation of standards of the department Support of the sales and service departments in project development and customer communication. Project management for internal projects. Observation and identification of new trends and technologies and their application. Requirements Professionally and technical trained (preferably certified) process engineer. A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process or Biochemical Engineering, Bio processing or Life Sciences or completed accredited training in process engineering or bio-pharmaceutical plant construction. At least 2/3 years working experience in an engineering role in the pharmaceutical industry or experience including: Development of P&IDs, specifications, media consumption lists, design calculations, line sizing Development of functional specifications, 3D-model review, operation manual Commissioning, FAT, SAT, qualification, operator training Skills in engineering and qualification of bio-pharmaceutical plants are helpful. Comprehensive skills in MS-Office (especially Excel and MS Visio) engineering databases (preferably COMOS) and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English (German would be very beneficial) A keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, team spirit, flexibility, accuracy, quality awareness, target orientation and cooperation. Good spatial imagination and awareness. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team. High level of organization skills and a sense of responsibility Solution-oriented approach to changing requirements. Enjoys communicating and interacting with customers and colleagues. Comfortable with frequent, and sometimes prolonged, domestic, and international travel 50% of the time. Training will be partly held in Austria. One or more longer trips may be necessary.
