LOCATION: 168 Third Ave, Waltham, MA 02541 TITLE: Systems Analyst III HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm DUTIES: • Participate in the overall direction and implementation of SAP SCM and other modules; • Assist in the coordination, execution and improvement of SAP SCM systems as well as strategic planning and configuration of SAP SCM; • Analyze Supply Chain and Operational business problems to be solved with SAP and similar automated systems; • Provide analysis and support Supply Chain/Operations SAP operational performance to meet business requirements; • Define/document specifications for business processes, which supports company and compliance practices; • Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process-related issues; • Identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements; • Responsible for testing applications to assess their performance and functionality, and for writing reports and documentation for SAP applications; TRAVEL: Telecommuting Employee: Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute. REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM Education Requirement: • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement: • 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in biotechnology manufacturing, SAP or related experience. Alternative Education and Experience Requirement: • The employer will also accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study plus 1 year of experience as a Systems Analyst in biotechnology manufacturing, SAP or related experience.
