88428BR Job Title: Solution Delivery Manager II - R2R Department/Function: Information Technology Job Description: Solution Delivery Manager II - R2R - Erlanger, KY This is an exempt level position Position Summary: The Corporate Solution Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. As a member of the Corporate Solution Organization, an SAP Solution delivery manager will analyze business processes and manage team members, provide oversight of R2R Controlling areas and work closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, as well as business and/or process experts to develop, document, and deliver end-to-end SAP processes and systems solutions which enable ADM's strategy. Key Responsibilities: As Solution Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of consultants and team members to deliver across multiple SAP/Non-SAP engagements with excellence. Prior people's Manager experience is required. Provide deep SAP functional & technical expertise in Controlling functional areas and key integration points across SAP modules and technical components. Participate in end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience. Document fit/gap analysis and key design decisions; ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW) Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area Partner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvement opportunities Develop and maintain professional relationships with all ADM business units and IT teams while providing support for business intelligence applications. Maintain close collaboration and perform periodic reviews with RPL, Product Owners, and Process Owners Travel to sites to support users in accomplishing project activities Conduct system demonstrations, trainings and provide job-aid documentation to enhance business capabilities Deliver recommendations for application improvement as discovered. Conduct project reviews on regular basis to ensure that the quality of the deliverables are not impacted. Partner and collaborate with other teams to deliver a holistic IT Service Management program with a coordinated set of continuous improvement initiatives. Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery and other entities within the organization. Complement team members through support calls, root cause analysis and mentor junior team members Responsible for Resource planning, training and execution of projects. As Solution Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating teams of consultants and team members to deliver across multiple SAP/Non-SAP engagements with excellence. Prior Managerial experience is required. Standard Job Requirements: 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules; Experience with S/4HANA highly preferred. Knowledge of SAP solutions covering cross-integration with Production planning, Prospect to Cash, and Source to Pay processes. Minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deployments Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills Demonstrated high-level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures, and processes. Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information. Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner; be willing and effective in challenging the status quo. Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed to meet deadlines Educational Requirements: 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business or another related degree of study Knowledge of developing and managing continuous improvement programs Excited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
