In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service-related information. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Respond to Customer Inquiries : Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Document Interactions : Accurately log customer interactions and update customer accounts with information regarding inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Follow Up : Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups when necessary. Escalation Management : Identify when an issue requires escalation and direct it to the appropriate department or team member. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain a customer-centric attitude and contribute to customer loyalty by ensuring excellent service and effective solutions. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Multitasking and time management skills Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools
