Pandora's US Distribution Center is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor -Fulfillment! This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our customers' orders are handled in a timely and accurate manner. The Warehouse Supervisor - Fulfillment is an essential member of the Warehouse Management team. They are responsible for leading and growing a team of full-time and temporary associates. They will develop and direct procedures that ensure all customer orders are picked and packed in the most professional, accurate, and timely manner. Shift 9:00AM - 5:30PM Bilingual in Spanish Preferred What you will be responsible for: Manage all functional areas related to Order Fulfillment Lead a team of order selectors, ensuring that key performance metrics are achieved. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team stays engaged and motivated to achieve performance metric objectives. Monitor daily workflow and distribute work efficiently. Cultivate a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability for results. Ensure that orders flow into and through the system properly. Conduct detailed analysis around picking trends, team performance, process flows, etc. to identify root causes of service failures and opportunities for continuous improvement. Lead projects to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and key performance metrics such as units picked per hour, end-to-end cycle time, and cost per unit. Recruit, train, and coach employees Create and maintain standard operating procedures (both internally and globally) Coordinate and administer the quarterly performance management process for the team. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures. Lead quarterly warehouse and systems closures and clean-ups. Correspond closely with global team ensuring proper execution of departmental standard operating procedures internally and in the field. Partner and develop rapport with temp agencies, forecast temporary staff needs throughout the year. *9:00am - 5:30pm M-F schedule, with occasional Saturday work | Distribution Center closed on major holidays* A bit about you: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Economics, Leadership, or related field Previous experience working in a high-volume pick & pack distribution environment. Ability to manage and motivate diverse workforce to include temporary employees in a high-pressure operation environment. Possess an exceptional knowledge of innovative distribution practices and technologies, WMS systems, RF, and TMS Strong analytical/quantitative skills with a proven thought process to include the use of emerging trends to understand the dynamics of each category and business impact. Excellent inventory control, product packaging, records maintenance and cost and pricing methodology skills Demonstrated leadership, including the ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team. Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite Green Belt - Six Sigma a plus, but not required.
