Job Description The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our Capital Projects Directorate Project Management Office Division. We are looking for a bright, positive individual who desires to work in a dynamic cross-site group. This position supports the administrative and office management needs of the Project Management Office Division, with personnel residing in four locations: New York (2), Pennsylvania, and Idaho. This position will reside at the Bettis Laboratory in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. This position involves administrative responsibilities such as development, review and issuance of technical correspondence, coordinating travel, and supporting records management. Another key aspect of the job will be to collect and organize open items and manage the schedule for the PMO Division Manager. Other functions include assistance in the management of select budgets (e.g. travel, training, fee), managing computer shared areas, supporting move requests, and the application of administrative skills and knowledge of policies, practices and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness. While the position reports directly to the PMO Manager, the role requires support for the entire four-site organization. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. Pay Range $50,800.00 - $76,200.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guide line only.
