Quality Engineer

Duration: 06 Months (with a possibility of extension)Client: One of the largest Diesel Engines Manufacturing companiesOverview:This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes. Duties:Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures.Participate in internal and external quality audits.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.Understanding of manufacturing processes, Quality control principles, and statistical methods. Examples of these can include Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, etc.The candidate should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams within the organization, including production, engineering, and supply chain. The ability to convey quality objectives, providing training on quality processes, and facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
