Global Procurement DirectorIndirect categoriesCPGPhiladelphia, PennsylvaniaQLM Search are partnering with a fast growth CPG Manufacturer, in their recruitment for their Global Procurement Director- to lead all indirect categories, + CAPEX & tooling.You will be joining at a time of momentum, after a record year and with a future growth agenda, where cost optimization through procurement & sourcing strategies will be key to the success.You will be providing world class leadership and transformation for a newly defined procurement function; partnering with the CSCO to make a global impact.Key responsibilities include:Define and implement both sourcing & procurement strategies across the group, with a global remitBuilding and harmonizing the indirect procurement operating model to deliver consistency and standardisation of processes.Working with key stakeholders and process owners to identify opportunities to drive efficiency and develop value across the supply chain;Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement and standards through key performance metrics.To apply, you must have significant procurement & sourcing management experience for a broad range of indirect categories, ideally within a global or large regional leadership position.You will previously managed procurement within the beverage, food and packaging industries- or adjacent manufacturing industries.Furthermore you will have a track record and enjoy building processes, transformation and change.You are likely to be a graduate and Certified Procurement Professional, you will have strong communication skills, gravitas and a record of developing relationships with multiple stakeholders.You will be joining a business that is gaining significant market share at pace, within a packaging category that has a bright future for demand.Apply now for immediate consideration.
