Litigation Associate

We are looking for litigation candidates who are eager for hands-on responsibility, leadership, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:Running cases from start to finish in collaboration with senior attorneysServing as point of contact for opposing counselPreparing for and conducting examination and defense of live witnessesDrafting legal briefs and factual submissionsGuiding strategic decisions in complex litigation mattersAssisting in preparation for and conduct of trials and other evidentiary hearingsManaging deadlines and workflow across multiple clients and mattersQualifications:3-7 years of commercial litigation experience. Exposure to intellectual property litigation, entertainment litigation, corporate disputes, andor real estate litigation are preferredTrial or arbitration experience is preferredStrong legal analysis, writing and research skills are requiredAbility to manage multiple matters and stay ahead of deadlinesStrong organizational skillsThe salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000. Pay is determined based on depth of experience in the practice area.
