Our client is implementing Workday Financials, HCM, and Payroll with an October 2025 go-live. The Research Administrator will support grant and contract award management, ensuring compliance with procedures and maintaining budget controls. This role works closely with leadership to ensure proper recording of grants.Responsibilities:Manage prepost-award grant accounting (award setup, budget distributions, expense analysis, invoicing, reporting).Ensure compliance with agency policies, resolve budget variances, and maintain grant budgets in the financial system.Reconcile accounts and review transactions for accuracy, adhering to standard accounting principles.Perform grant closeout activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and final reports.Provide support to sponsored programs and assist with data conversion from PeopleSoft to Workday.
