Quality Review Clerk Asheville, NCJob Description:This position will require performing routine operations and may require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed. The Quality Review Clerk performs a variety of manualadministrative tasks associated with inventory control, kitting, auditing, shipping, receiving, and dispositioning nonconforming material in accordance with established procedures.Essential Functions:Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality ClinicPerform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventoryPerform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality ClinicPackage and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality ClinicMaintains current knowledge of and complies with customerFederal Aviation Administration (FAA)Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned.Train other personnelProvide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic teamResponsibilities are not limited to the listed items above and can be changed or modified based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance.Basic Qualifications:2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role Ability to conduct physical activities such as bending, reaching, pulling, pushingAbility to work overtime as neededAptitude for trainingHigh School Diploma GED or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Access andor Excel databasesMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills, planning, problem solving, organizational, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations regulatory requirements or work experience with government regulatory agenciesKnowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, & ISODemonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management, external customers, and government agenciesIf you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects, you work on then we would love to hear from you.
