Company DescriptionService Linen SupplyMediCleanse, based in Renton, WA, has been a family-owned business, industry leader in linen supply and rental for over 75 years.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Engineering at Service Linen SupplyMediCleanse. As the Chief of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading our team of industrial maintenance mechanics and for the smooth operations of our plant. Reporting directly to our President. Your team will be responsible for equipment and facility maintenance, ensuring compliance in environmental and safety programs, managing utility consumption, operation of boilers, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance program. You will also oversee parts' inventory, general truck maintenance and overall appearance of the plant and building. QualificationsPLC, electrical. hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting, oxy-acetylene welding and plasma cutting welding Experience with Milnor tunnel washer and Kannegeisser laundry equipment Previous background in preventative and general maintenance of machinery, facility and fleet requiredBoiler License preferredSafety conscious with demonstrated success in building and implementing safety programs to promote Safety culture At least 5 years of Supervisory Experience within a commercial laundry preferred, either linen or healthcare or food production plantBachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training and experienceGeneral computer skills and experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office
