Fulfillment, Logistics and Operations Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Fulfillment, Logistics, & Operations Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, direct hire position. This position will give you the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish in a project-based, deadline-oriented environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop shipping plans and schedules to meet clients' fulfillment objectivesMaintain program estimators and cost monitors throughout the project and provide updates as neededMonitor inventory, allocate materials, and coordinate shipping to ensure product meets arrival schedulesProvide reports and metrics to management and to the client who may have questions or request updates regarding shipments, orders, etc.Data management including tracking files and performance data, importing client data into trackers and kit gridsMonitor work orders, invoicing clients, managing receivablesProblem solving and adapting while maintain close communication with all parties involved Qualifications, Education, and ExperienceBachelor's degreeExperience with Warehouse Management Systems and Inventory Management Systems, ability to quickly learn new systemsProficiency with word, outlook, and excelAbility to manage and analyze data within excelExcellent communication skills, effectively communicate with warehouse personnel and client executivesAbility to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracyThis position will work independently to manage projects, but will be a part of a team and work closely with other internal and external parties Additional DetailsThis is a direct hire position with salary range of 55-60k depending on experienceThis is an in-office position in a finished office space that sits adjacent to the Baltimore Distribution Center Apply today for immediate consideration!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
