Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of manufacturing projects, from initial client engagement through to final delivery and installation. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise in lathe and grinding manufacturing, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standardsKey Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:Utilize MS Project to develop comprehensive project plans defined by project quotes identifying project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverablesCoordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to align project goals and schedulesManage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation are efficiently handledClient Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleConduct regular meetings and status updates with clients to address concerns and provide progress reportsEnsure client requirements and expectations are clearly defined and metProject Execution:Oversee the production and assembly of machine tool systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standardsImplement project management methodologies and tools to track project progress and resolve issuesManage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential project challengesMonitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality and performance criteria.Prepare and present project status reports and final project evaluations to senior management.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to team members.For immediate consideration - please submit your resume.
