Asset Manager

RETS Associates is seeking an Asset Manager for our client, an established private real estate firm based in the San Francisco Financial District, to oversee a subset of office commercial assets across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The Asset Manager will be responsible for creating and executing business plans, overseeing third-party leasing teams, in-house and third-party property management teams, and capital expendituretenant improvements projects. The Asset Manager will work across the entire platform and will be expected to interface with external stakeholders as well as executive leadership. The Firm has a great culture and proven track record of success and over 7 million square feet of Class A assets in major MSAs. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, real estate, or related discipline.7+ years of commercial real estate experience, with at least 4 in asset management and a focus on office commercial assets.Experience managing third-party andor in-house property management and leasing teams.Experience facilitating and coordinating capital expenditures and tenant improvement projects.Ability to create great relationships internally and externally. Compensation: $175K+ base salary (DOE) plus bonus.
