This is a long term temporary, hybrid role (expected to last through the end of 2024) located in Boston, MA.Schedule: Monday through Friday (3 days in office)Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour DOEOur client, a renewables organization, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join their team!HR Operations Specialist Responsibilities:Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401K plans, life and disability insurance, and wellness initiatives.Provide expert guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries and issues, ensuring accurate and timely support.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure all HR practices adhere to labor laws and company policies.Manage the visa application and renewal process for employees requiring work authorization.Serve as the liaison between employees, legal representatives, and government agencies to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.Support new hire onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and proper integration into company systems and culture.Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring exit procedures are followed and all necessary documentation is collected.HR Operations Specialist Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources field.Bachelors degree preferred.Experience working with Rippling HRIS is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of HR practices, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.Familiarity with visa application processes and immigration law is a plus.Proficiency in HR reporting and data management.Excellent communication and organizational skills.This is a long term temporary, hybrid role (expected to last through the end of 2024) located in Boston, MA.Schedule: Monday through Friday (3 days in office)Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour DOECity Staffing is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our business.
