Estimate, present, and close new maintenance contracts, and manage existing ones. Compile and solicit complete quotes and assist on design as liaison between customers and CMS.SALARY RANGE$52,000 Base Salary plus CommissionRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDESell service contracts, maintenance agreements, and estimate costs for HVAC and plumbing projects.Follow up on maintenance inquiries, completed projects, and customer leads to build a sales pipeline.Manage existing customer accounts, handle callbacks, and maintain detailed records in CRM software (Service Titan).Prepare and present estimates to customers and ensure timely communication, including payment arrangements.Coordinate project cost estimates, review account profitability, and adjust contracts when plete weekly sales reports and engage in professional associations.Seek cross-selling opportunities and assist with direct sales planning.QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE5-10 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record.Understanding of mechanical systems service (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).3+ years of industry experience.Experience in creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts.Strong presentation skills and pricing system experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Service Titan is a plus.Valid driver's license with a clean record.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive Salary commensurate with experienceCompany VehicleGas CardCell phone ReimbursementCompany-provided laptop or tabletCompany-branded business apparelMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401kPaid vacation, PTO and holidays
