Product Manager

This is a full timehybrid position. Onsite in NYCMust have - Fixed Income background. Preferably with Loans and CLOOnsite in NYC Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. About You:Our client is looking for a well-rounded, customer-focused loan market expert who will be hands-on in a dynamic startup environment. As a Product Manager you will drive platform features by researching functionality and prioritizing development with our technology team. You will play an integral role in developing the strategy, roadmap, and features of our product and will have an impact on the evolution of our product. This role will report directly to the Head of Product and will work closely with senior leadership to grow our client's market presence. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Head of Product on product vision and execute plan to achieve successLead product development from concept through developmentDrive research, requirements, and design specifications for platform capabilities to solve inefficiencies in the syndicated loan marketWrite high level requirements and collaborate on user stories to define a backlogSupport Business Analysts and Technology teams in carrying out development of the product and ensure final delivery meets requirementsManage customer feedback, requirements, and issuesProvide polished product demonstrations to both internal teams and clientsprospectsParticipate in client advisory committees and sales efforts as a subject matter expertCollaborate with sales team to prepare for customer meetingsWork closely with customer support team to provide assistance by answering loan market related questions and troubleshooting issuesMust Haves5+ years of capital market experience3+ years product management experienceExperience understanding various user personas and journeys, facilitating user-centric designIndependent self-starter with a results-oriented mindsetStrong and clear writing abilityExcellent presentation and communication skillsSelf-motivated attitude and ability to work in a dynamic start-up environmentAbility to work effectively in a team settingExcellent interpersonal skills and effectiveness working cross functionallyStrong analytical and critical thinking skills
