Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Science Medical Communications Project Manager III for a three plus month contract position with possibility for extension or other opportunities with a client located in Cambridge, MA or Bridgewater, NJ (Cambridge, MA preferred.) You will report into the Global Scientific Communications team within Global Medical Immunology, which is part of the Company's Specialty Care organization, which serves as a key strategic partner with commercial, regulatory, clinical, and market access on therapeutic solutions to support patients' needs. This team supports the Company's unrelenting commitment to scientific exploration and to work on a specific drug in the therapeutic area(s) of dermatology, pulmonology, rhinology, or gastrointestinal diseases. This is a hybrid position. Must be local to be onsite week. PaySalary Range: $76.00 to 82.00 per hour depending on experience. Sr. Science Medical Communications Project Manager III will ensure successful development and execution of medical communications & education plans for a specific drug, through:• Leading cross-functional medical communicationeducation planning efforts• Developing strategically aligned, balanced, and accurate scientific communication points to guide the development of internal and external global and local medical communication• Ensuring delivery of high-quality, fair-balanced, scientificallyclinically accurate medical communications resources including, scientific platforms, lexicons, and FAQstrainings and disease backgrounders in accordance with established timelines, compliance guidelinespolicies, and budgets• Developing global medical education plans based on medical strategies and identified HCP educational gaps• Designing and developing educational content, in collaboration with internal partners and external HCP experts, for live education programs, congress symposia, onlinedigital education, multi & omnichannel HCP education, field medical tools, slide decks, and medical booth exhibits• Establishing and maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with KOLs involved in medical education• Forecasting annual med comeducation budgets and resource needs, contracting for agency support, and managing finance reconciliations, invoicing, and accruals• Appropriately communicating the status of med comeducation publication plans and key activities tactics to relevant stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS:• Advance degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD)• Minimum three to five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Expertise in Dermatology preferred) in Sr. Scientific communications with digital experience, and with experience with digital platforms. Track record of successfully developing scientific communicationsmedical education. Vendor, project timeline, and budget management experience is necessary.• Experience in MedicalLegal review committees and familiarity with Veeva. PromoMats 4M or similar content review systems preferred• Knowledge of industry guidelines pertaining to interactions with health care providers (e.g., PhRMA Code, AdvaMed guidelines) and digitalmedical educational (e.g., EFPIAIFPMA)• Strong social communication skills, experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Omni-channel experience Communications and publications experience.• Knowledge of the publication process, validation, reviews, experience working with agencies• Must possess the ability to provide strategic input and drive multiple complex projects. Must be independent, multi-tasking, organized, and able to act as a leader in a fast-paced environment• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required.
