We service our clients primarily in the tristate area as well nationally through our affiliate networks.Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Architect of Corporate Systems to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide solutions in critical business areas such as Finance, HR, Compliance, and Risk. This senior-level role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and solution design with a focus on aligning technology strategies with the company's business goals. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in a solution or enterprise architecture role.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, to design scalable, secure, and compliant systems that support business growth and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the architecture roadmap for corporate systems with a focus on Finance, HR, Compliance, and Risk management solutions.Architect robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions by collaborating with internal stakeholders, aligning with enterprise standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Provide architectural leadership in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of corporate system technologies, ensuring integration with existing systems and platforms.Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure systems are secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.Partner with business leaders to understand requirements, assess impact, and propose technology solutions that support strategic business initiatives.Ensure that all solutions in the Finance, HR, and Compliance domains adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.Work with third-party vendors and service providers to assess solutions and integrate them into the broader enterprise ecosystem.Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in enterprise architecture, proposing continuous improvement opportunities for existing systems.Mentor junior architects and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of corporate systems projects.Required Qualifications10+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in a Solution or Enterprise Architecture role.Proven experience in designing and delivering solutions for Finance, HR, Compliance, and Risk management systems.Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security protocols, and data governance in corporate -depth knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday) and other corporate platforms.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise solutions.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work with both technical and business teams.Ability to manage and influence stakeholders, ensuring that architectural decisions align with business needs.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).Preferred QualificationsCertifications: TOGAF, ITIL, or other relevant architecture and IT certifications.Experience with enterprise integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).Previous experience working in large, global organizations with complex IT environments.
