We place great importance on our continual improvement of our services, our operational efficiencies, and our customer service, and the successful candidate will contribute to these objectives in measurable ways.This role will provide high quality implementation, evaluation, and assessment within the Patient Engagement product suite. The Implementation Specialist will become a SME for our products. This individual can expect to spend a considerable amount of working with clients and product managers to configure and enable new or existing products. The Implementation Specialist will also work to upgrade existing clients to the newest version of our software.This entails the following responsibilities:Provide quality onboarding, and upgrades to our clients.Be a subject matter expert on our products to provided best practices and development implementation procedures.Identify, suggest, and develop enhancements to the platform to enable greater supportability, and ease of use.After an initial onboarding period and this position can be mostly remote, with periodic on-site visits required to one of the RevSpring offices (Home site for Talksoft product team is in Hamilton, NJ).Skills RequiredImplementation skills will be required to be effective at this role. Specific skills are as follows:2-3 years' experience in a implementation or support role within the Healthcare Industry.Business Support - Since this team member will be involved in a significant amount of the day-to-day interaction with the systems and our customers, he or she will be expected to suggest, implement, document, and help to improve processes that would make the services we offer more efficient andor effective. Therefore, the Implementation Ream Lead will perform various business support tasks such as documenting systems and processes and suggesting implementing process andor system improvements.SkillsQualifications:Candidate must have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.It is desired that the candidate has experiencing working with project tracking ticketing systems. JIRA is preferred.Ability to work independently and in a team environmentProven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basisAbility to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situationsMust be customer focused, have excellent customer service skills and phone mannerisms.Must have excellent analyticaltroubleshooting skills.Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and verbalwritten communication skills are required.Ability to organize and multi-task job responsibilities and prioritize effectivelyHas an entrepreneurial approach.
