U.S. Energy Development Corporation is seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Vice President of Marketing in executing marketing activities for our dynamic and fast-paced direct energy investment team.ResponsibilitiesSales SupportAssist in maintaining sales materials such as brochures, presentations, and product sheetsTrack and analyzing sales and marketing data on a regular basis and compiling into reportsTrack sales leads ensuring the sales team is following upMaintain the CRM with current data, conference & webinar attendanceWork with Key Accounts to support conferences and events schedule and timelineMarketing SupportProvide email marketing support on a continuous basisSupport organization of documents and materials, including webinar recordings, presentations, and email marketing communicationsEnsure all materials are kept up to date with current data and informationAssist with writing and editing material to ensure adherence to the company standards and editorial guidelinesCross Departmental Coordination and General SupportMaintain up to date procedures on all tasks owned by the department Ensure deadlines are met on or before time, while adhering to brand, regulatory requirements, and internal and external processes Serve as a liaison and resource between sales and marketing to ensure alignment and coordination on all projects and initiativesCoordinate internal meetings, distribute action items, and track project progress across teamsCandidate RequirementsHighly organizedAdapts to new technology quicklySuperior written and verbal communication skills.Works independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to self-manage workload volumes to achieve or exceed goals and changing priorities in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at onceStrong results-oriented focus, strong work ethic and positive attitudeDemonstrate initiative, creativity, and resourcefulnessEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree - preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications0-2 years of experience, preferred not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
