Dispatch Energy is a private investment firm focused on assets in the energy transition sectorDispatch, a dynamic energy transition investment platform, is seeking a project finance analyst to join our team.About the PositionDispatch is looking for an Analyst to join the Project Finance team. The ideal candidate will have, at a minimum, 1 to 3 years in the energy and renewables sectors with a focus on performing financial analysis, financial and construction budgeting, and market research with a strong skillset in Microsoft Excel"”preferably with experience using VBA.Responsibilities Include:Conducting financial modeling (Excel) and valuation analysis;Analyzing financial statements and trends including written analysis of both actual and forecasted financial data;Supporting M&A activities;Supporting Greenfield development and commercial real estate project financial evaluationResearching market developments and making recommendations to senior management;Interfacing with senior lenders and tax equity providers;Tracking model and budgeted forecasts relative to actual data;Communicating directly with and supporting operations and asset management teams;Drafting presentations and memorandums for senior management;Assist with and perform and project-level due diligence; andParticipate in various group initiatives and special projects.Education:Bachelor's DegreeRequired Skills:Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive plans that drive business growth and innovation.Create Momentum: Attention to Detail: Focus on process and diligence management while keeping transactions moving.Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with financial partners, including lenders, tax equity investors, syndicators and other munication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate DispatchEnergy's value proposition and strategic vision to diverse audiences.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving market conditions and business needs.Hybrid Work:The Platform will require this job to be performed in the Manhattan office Monday through Thursday, with an option for remote work on Fridays.
