Your work will focus on delivering high-quality results for our clients while driving the team's growth and success.Lead & Mentor: Support and guide a team of field, lab, and administrative staff.Drive Success: Oversee project performance, from revenue growth to profitability.Handle Big Projects: Manage proposals, oversee client projects, and meet delivery goals.Ensure Efficiency: Take charge of billing, project deliverables, and accounts receivable.Grow the Business: Collaborate on business development and nurture client relationships.About You:Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (or related field)6+ years in projectoperational management for construction materials projectsPE license in NC (or ability to obtain within 6 months)Strong decision-making, teamwork, and technical skillsAbout the Client:For over 50 years, Client has combined expertise in geotechnical, civil, and environmental engineering to solve complex challenges, making a lasting impact on communities nationwide.
